Terms of service

By purchasing at pinatasnena.com you agree to these terms.

Custom orders are made according to the description, photos, or references you provide us. As handcrafted, handmade pieces, the result is an artistic interpretation, not an exact replica.

Your order is confirmed once payment is completed.

The production times shown are estimates and may vary due to weather, since the drying of our piñatas depends on the sun. If there is any delay, we'll let you know via WhatsApp.

We may photograph finished pieces for our portfolio. If you'd prefer that yours not be featured, let us know when placing your order.
